Ubongo Kids (Africa’s equivalent of Sesame Street) and tGF created a mini series to develop character strengths. Incredibly the episodes have been watched by over 40 millions of children across Africa and are now on Sky TV, YouTube and other channels.

Four episodes of Ubongo Kids series designed to encourage and inspire kids to develop a growth mindset, curiosity, grit and a sense of purpose.

It was the Maasai that started the school by building a mud classroom with rocks as seats. We were so inspired we decided to create a whole new school.

Congratulations to our sponsored mature student Otilia on graduating from university with a first class degree in Education. The second stage of our plan is now for Otilia to put her knowledge to practical use by becoming the Headteacher of Mama Sylvia School.

During Covid tGF donated enough hand wash and sanitiser for all 22 schools in the District for over 18,000 students

A little bit of fun, tGF gave all 830 children at Wasso Primary School a lollypop each, something of a novelty for them.
